Sonnentor Cheese Poplar (Blue Mallow) Tea loose 50g

Organic cheese poplar

The blue mallow - called cheese poplar in Austria - is exactly the right herb when the frog gets stuck in the throat. Dewy and tart, this tea goes wonderfully with Japanese and lamb stew. The cheese poplar or wild mallow has nothing to do with the poplar. Their flowers ripen into cheese-like fruits, from which a “Papperl”, i.e. a strengthening porridge for nourishment, was prepared in folk medicine. So the name doesn't come by chance.

use

Pour 1/4 l of warm water over 2 teaspoons and let it steep overnight or for a few hours. Then just heat it up – don’t boil it.
