The herb of Achilles was already used in Troy times for its wonderful properties. It goes well with vegetable dishes that harmonize perfectly with the sweet-tart taste of the tea. The yarrow didn't get its name for nothing. With its thousands of feathery leaves, it is the sheep's favorite food. It is known as a typical lady's herb and its finely divided and curved leaves are also known as the eyebrow of Venus.
