This leaflet informs the user about the benefits and possible risks when using the medical device SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP KIT. Keep this leaflet together with the packaging for later inspection. Always read the information for use carefully and take note of any warnings. Use the SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP SET only until the expiry date of each product in the Set or its use-by date. Never dilute the funds or mix them with other products. Always apply the product only with clean hands or with an applicator that is regularly carefully washed with soap or mild detergent. If you use applicators to apply, make sure they are always washed after use and allow them to dry completely before reuse. Do not share the medical device with anyone else.

What is the SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP medical device used for?

SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP KIT is used to care for dry, flaking and inflamed skin affected by psoriasis or atopic eczema in the scaly part of the hair and to reduce scaling caused by psoriasis. For best results, it is recommended to use all products included in the kit, i.e. SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS CREAM 50G in combination with SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS DERMATOLOGICAL SHAMPOO and SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS DERMATOLOGICAL CONDITIONER, as they complement each other.

Use of a medical device

Medical device SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP contains three complementary products that are applied in three steps.

For the scalp, the bark begins in the evening with the use of SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SHAMPOO to remove scales of dry skin. Apply the shampoo to wet skin, lather with a sponge or applicator and let it act for about 10 minutes. Then gently dry your hair with a towel or blow-dry. As a second preparation of the Set apply SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS CREAM 50g. It has a healing effect and against inflammation. Apply the cream to all foci of psoriasis on the head and leave for a short time. Do not rinse, allow to absorb. Finally, use SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS DERMATOLOGICAL CONDITIONER to hydrate and protect treated areas. Gently massage the conditioner into the skin and allow to dry. Then rinse gently and dry the hair.

In the morning, use only SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS DERMATOLOGICAL SHAMPOO instead of the usual hair shampoo and leave it on for about 10 minutes after application. Then gently wash and dry your hair with a towel or blow-dry.

Before you use the medical device

Before you start using the medical device SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP KIT, always before using it first test a small amount of all products on a small area of skin, as a test for possible reactions, especially if you use the products on sensitive areas of the skin. Leave on the skin for 24-48 hours before washing off. If any reaction occurs, please contact the manufacturer immediately. If you have no reaction, apply SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS KIT according to the instructions for use.

Observe the recommended frequency of use:

If you use the SORATINEX DR. MICHAELS SCALP medical device less often than you should, it may not have as good effects and problems with dry, flaking and inflamed skin may persist. If you use the Kit more often than you should, the problem with dry, flaking and/or inflamed skin will not go away faster, on the contrary, you can irritate the skin even more.

Notification

Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Contains salicylic acid. Do not bring the medical device close to the eyes. Do not use on injured skin. If you experience skin irritation, consult a doctor. Before exposing your skin to sunlight, apply sunscreen to the areas where you have used the product. Less than 1% of patients may develop folliculitis. It contains trace elements of such substances: citronellal, coumarin, farnesol, geraniol, limonene and linalool. Some patients may experience tingling, burning or itching after application. These feelings usually cease after about 20 minutes, they do not last longer. If the reaction worsens, wash off immediately with soap and water.
