Spectrum Energy is a premium and complex multivitamin with trace elements that are obtained from organic sources. Contains coenzyme Q and vitamin B6 to maintain energy. It is a suitable supplement in times of increased physical and mental stress, when the need for vitamins and minerals increases:

In 1 tablet: coenzyme Q10 10.0 mg, vitamin A 800.0 µg, vitamin B1 (thiamine) 1.1 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.4 mg, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 16.0 mg, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) 6.0 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1.4 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2.5 µg, vitamin C 80.0 mg, vitamin D3 5.0 µg, vitamin E 12.0 mg, vitamin K 75.0 µg, folic acid 200.0 µg, biotin 50.0 µg, magnesium 100.0 mg, calcium 120.0 mg, Seaweed (extract, containing 0.1% iodine) 150.0 mg, manganese 2.0 mg, copper 1.0 mg, selenium 55.0 µg, zinc 10.0 mg, iron 14.0 mg.
Dosage:
1 tablet per day. Drink down with plenty of liquid.
