Sperti Preparation H Hemorrhoid Ointment 25 g

Sperti Preparation H haemorrhoidal ointment contains the active ingredients ethanolic brewer's yeast thick extract and shark liver oil.

For hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids are nodular enlargements of the veins in the anal area. They can appear inside or just outside the anus. Depending on the location, hemorrhoids cause bleeding (usually bright red blood on the stool), itching, burning and oozing as well as dull pressure and pain in the rectum.

Sperti Preparation H is an anti-inflammatory drug for the treatment of hemorrhoids and shrinks hemorrhoids, relieves pain, burning and itching.

Contraindications

Sperti Preparation H haemorrhoidal ointment must not be used if you are allergic to brewer's yeast concentrate ethanol, shark liver oil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6.

application

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

For topical and rectal use.

Adults: generous application in the evening and in the morning and after each bowel movement.
Apply the ointment to the haemorrhoidal area or insert it into the anus using an applicator.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

composition

The active ingredients are: ethanolic brewer's yeast thick extract (skin respiration factor 7050 E) and shark liver oil.

100g ointment contains 1g ethanolic brewer's yeast thick extract and 3g shark liver oil (shark liver oil and fish oil in a ratio of 1:1).

The other ingredients are: wool wax, Isocreme absorption base (wool wax, lanolin alcohol, liquid paraffin, petrolatum, ozokerite, butylated hydroxytoluene (E321)), liquid paraffin, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, thyme essential oil, white petrolatum, glycerin
