Supradyn® ACTIVE is a multivitamin with all 13 vitamins, 9 minerals and coenzyme Q10. The special dosage provides the body with important daily vitamins and minerals. Supradyn® FORTE is recommended in times of increased stress.

Why do we need vitamins & minerals?

Millions of biochemical processes take place in our body every second. During these complex processes, our food is broken down and converted into new substances that our body needs. To put it simply, energy is generated for our body.

These metabolic processes require vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The effects of these micronutrients are highly interdependent and work together.

For everything to run smoothly, it is important that all vitamins and minerals are present in sufficient quantities. If just one element is missing, the metabolism can no longer function ideally and possible deficiency symptoms can occur.

Everything in life needs energy. Not only physical activity, the brain also needs energy for all thinking, even when at rest. Energy is obtained from food, the so-called macronutrients protein, fats and carbohydrates. In order for these substances to be used, numerous biochemical processes are necessary. These complex processes of energy conversion are referred to as energy metabolism.

Many different micronutrients are continually involved in this process - in particular vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin C as well as iron, copper, magnesium and manganese.

Covering your daily needs

Ideally, an adequate and balanced diet should cover your daily micronutrient requirements. Due to various influences (living circumstances, stress, diet, illness, exercise), the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals cannot always be optimally provided.

Recommended intake
