A complex of vitamins, minerals and trace elements with lutein to support the nutrition of men over 60 years of age . The three-layer tablet allows the gradual release of the active substances.
- In the first phase (within 5 minutes), B vitamins and magnesium are released , which have a positive effect on energy metabolism and the activity of the nervous system.
- In the second phase (within 1 hour) copper, selenium, chromium, iodine, calcium, zinc, iron and lutein are released . Adequate iron intake contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and normal energy metabolism. Calcium and magnesium are needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth. The carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high concentrations in the human eye in a yellow spot. The body cannot synthesize them itself, so it is necessary to have a sufficient intake in the diet. With increasing age, their level gradually decreases.
