Dosage

1 capsule contains 400 mg of HAIR & Nails [L-methionine, whole lyophilized shii-take mushroom (Lentinula edodes) , whole lyophilized reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) , dried buckthorn berries and buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) ) 100 mg of lyophilized powder, whole mushrooms spiky coral (Hericium erinaceus) , selenium yeast, biotin].
Capsule shell: gelatin.
