Burger sauce with cucumber, onion and tomato concentrate. Cold emulsified sauce for flavoring dishes. Emulsified with a fat content of 53%. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Composition and allergens
Ingredients: rapeseed oil, drinking water, vegetables 5.8% (cucumber 3.4%, onion 2.1%, garlic), fermented alcoholic vinegar, sugar, EGG YOLKs, tomato concentrate 2.8%, corn starch, table salt , a mixture of spices (MUSTARD seeds, sweet paprika 0.2%, chili, coriander), aroma, antioxidant (disodium calcium salt of diaminetetraacetic acid).
