Active ingredients in 1 sachet: Hydrolyzed collagen peptides 5000 mg, Glucosamine sulfate 700 mg, Chondroitin sulfate 200 mg, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)) 200 mg, Hyaluronic acid 50 mg, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 160 mg (200%*), Zinc (zinc gluconate) 5 mg (50%*), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.7 mg (50%*). Selenium (L-selenomethionine) 25 mcg (45%*).
