first  WHAT TRACHISAN 8 mG against sore throats AND WHAT IT IS USED
Pastillas belong to a group of medicines designed to relieve sore throat (local anesthetics). The use of local anesthetics reduces the sensitivity in the neck. 
Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat is used to treat short-term local throat pain in non-inflammatory infections. 

                                                                                                                
2. What you need to know before you start Trachisan 8 mg of sore use 
Do not Trachisan 8 mg for pain in the neck
- if you are allergic / hypersensitive (/ s) to lidocaine hydrochloride, other local anesthetics of the amide type or any of the other Trachisan 8 mg anti-throat component. 
- Trachisan 8 mg should not be used in children under 12 years of age. 
 
Take special care with Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat is required
- if you have severe inflammation or neck pain, high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting. In these cases, you should not use Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat for more than 2 days without consulting your doctor to avoid complications. 
- in patients with severely damaged and / or inflamed oral and pharyngeal mucosa, as increased absorption of the active substance may occur. This measure applies in particular to patients with cardiovascular disease or a tendency to seizure. 
- in patients with hepatic and / or renal impairment, as these conditions may cause an increase in the amount of the active substance in the blood.

Children and teens
Children below 12 years of age should not use Trachisan 8 mg against the sore throat (see above). 
 
There are no adequate data on the efficacy and tolerability of Trachisan 8 mg against the sore throat in children and adolescents. Therefore, the use of Trachisan 8 mg against throat in adolescents 12 to 17 years of age is not recommended. 
 
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. 
 
Taking Trachisan 8 mg to treat sore throat with food and drink
Local anesthetics may impair the ability to swallow, and especially young children, to increase the risk of inhalation of a foreign body. Immediately after taking Trachisan 8 mg against sore throat, you should not eat or drink to prevent inhalation of a foreign body or bruising due to a bite.

3. HOW TO TAKE 8 MG for sore throat.
Always take Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat exactly as directed in this leaflet. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. 
 
Unless otherwise indicated, the usual dose is:
Adults use 1 lozenge at a maximum of 2 hours. Do not take more than 6 pills a day. Let the Trachisan 8 mg lozenge against the sore throat slowly dissolve in the mouth. 
 
How long should you use Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat? 
Without consulting your doctor, do not take Trachisan 8 mg for more than 3 days. 
 
If you feel that the effect of Trachisan 8 mg against the sore throat is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
 
If you take more Trachisan 8 mg anti-throat pills than you should (a)
Contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately. 
If you take a large amount of Trachisan 8 mg lozenges against sore throat, overdose of lidocaine may occur with symptoms such as yawning, restlessness, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, dysarthria (speech disorder due to nervous system disorder), hearing and vision impairment and movement coordination disorders . Moderate overdose with lidocaine may cause muscle twitching, convulsions, unconsciousness, respiratory insufficiency and coma, while severe overdose may cause hypotension (low blood pressure) and blood circulation failure. 
 
If you forget to take Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat
Do not take the next dose to make up for a missed lozenge.
Continue to use the lozenges as recommended above (1 pastille should be dissolved in your mouth at least every 2 hours and do not take more than 6 lozenges a day). 
 
If you stop taking Trachisan 8 mg for sore throat

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

5. HOW TRACHISAN 8 MG against sore throats STORE
Keep out of the reach and sight of children
 
Do not use Trachisan 8 mg after the expiry date which is stated on the blister and carton after EXP. Shelf life refers to the last day of that month. 
 
Do not store above 25 ° C. 
Protect from cold or frost. 
Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture.
