The PHAN range includes diagnostic strips for semi-quantitative urine analysis.
DP TriPhan are diagnostic strips for urine analysis, which can be used to determine glucose, pH and protein values. The advantage of the strips is the ease of performing your own determination, the speed of obtaining the result (within 1-2 minutes), high diagnostic specificity and sensitivity.
These strips are designed especially for chemical laboratories or surgeries of specialists and general practitioners.
Dosage and method of use
Always use fresh, mixed and non-centrifuged urine without preservatives for collection, collected in a clean container. Remove as many strips from the tube as you need and close the tube carefully. Immerse the strip in the urine to be examined (1-2 s) so that the reagent zones are wetted. Wipe the strip with the edge of the container and then dry the edge with cellulose wadding to remove excess urine. Leave the strip in a horizontal position.
After approximately 60 seconds, evaluate the color of the reagent zones by comparison with a color scale.
