Dosage:
Our herbal tablets do not contain any additives, polishing agents or glues. Only natural microcrystalline cellulose serves as a binder, and only up to a maximum of 1%. Therefore, they have to be compressed into very hard compact tablets, which are more difficult to dissolve and may be even harder for some to swallow - however, everything is always individual and depends on each individual separately...
Therefore, this form of use has proven to be the best : in the evening, put your morning (all-day) dose of tablets (e.g. 6 + 6 tbl or 12 + 12 tbl of each type) in a cup and pour a little water (cold or hot) and the tablets the wound almost dissolves. In the morning, pour only hot water (100°C) and mix everything properly (with any spoon). For a better taste, you can also add a little good quality milk (any kind according to your taste) - this will give you a quite tasty bitter white coffee, which you can drink directly for breakfast without worrying about insufficient absorption of the herbs (ideally millet porridge).
The advantages are:
- Easy to swallow, even bitter herbs (may be sweetened with maple or date syrup)
- Maximum absorption of finely dissolved herbs
- Speed and simplicity – no intervals and waiting 15 minutes before and 30 minutes after a meal, and it also replaces the breakfast drink (there is no need to drink morning tea or coffee).
- At the same time, this form of use is also "nature friendly" for the spleen PI and its energy QI - for these reasons we never use any packaging capsules (even the most natural ones, gelatin, etc., always weaken the qi energy of the spleen PI QI XU over time and thus cause dampness SHI) , nor tinctures (according to thin-layer chromatography, the content of herbs in them is extremely minimal, and in addition, any alcohol contained in tinctures always brings moisture and heat SHI/RE into the body...), nor even raw mixtures of SAN or TANG herbs, which unfortunately cannot be imported from Asia without either containing excessive pesticides or micro-molds...).
It can also be used as follows:
Herbal tablets can be taken in the usual dose of 4 tablets 3 times a day or 6 tablets 2 times a day. For children, we follow age, namely 1 year - 1 tablet 3 times a day (e.g. a 4-year-old child can take 3x2 tablets a day). There is one principle that applies here: "a big patch for a big hole", i.e. the dosage can be adjusted according to the condition and intensity of the patient's problems, especially in acute conditions (viruses, acute inflammation, painful conditions, etc.), therefore in China they use up to 2 - 3 times the dose higher, i.e. up to 5x8 tbl per day at the beginning of the disease and the dose is gradually reduced as the symptoms subside. ("When a stack of straw catches, you can't put it out with a bucket of water" says another Czech proverb). Tablets are usually taken on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before a meal (however, this does not mean that if one does not eat afterwards, one must necessarily eat in order to use the herbs, but simply on an empty stomach!) or 30 minutes after a meal and drink it warm water. If you are taking chemical medicines at the same time, NEVER take them with herbal products at the same time! The rule is that herbal products are always taken before a meal (about 1/2 hour) and chemical medicines after a meal (preferably with an interval of 1 hour from the herbs).
