Once the most effective substances in the burning of fat , called magnet fats is HCA. Garcinia Cambogia - a South Indian plant that contains hydroxycitronic acid (HCA). HCA reduces the synthesis of fats and at the same time prevents their storage. It helps to stabilize blood sugar, reduces the risk of fatty liver and helps to lower cholesterol.
