Vitipro Gel contains a high concentration of psoralens, which significantly increases skin sensitivity to UV light and sunlight.

• Sun exposure longer than 10 minutes after application may cause burns
• UVB phototherapy time must be reduced by approximately 50%
• Always increase exposure gradually based on individual skin response
• Do not use uncontrolled or prolonged sun exposure

How to use Vitipro Gel

Evening application

• Apply a thin layer once daily before bedtime
• Use only on affected vitiligo areas
• Do not apply during daytime sun exposure

Light exposure is required

Repigmentation requires controlled UV stimulation, either from:

• UVB phototherapy lamp, or
• Carefully timed natural sunlight

Recommended protocols

UVB Phototherapy protocol

• Apply Vitipro Gel in the evening before bed
• Next day: UVB exposure according to protocol
• Start with 3 sessions per week
• After ~3 months, reduce to 2 sessions per week
• Adjust exposure until mild redness appears and lasts into the next day
• If no redness occurs, increase exposure slightly (e.g., +20 seconds)

Sun exposure protocol

• Apply Vitipro Gel before bedtime
• Next day: expose treated skin to sunlight for ~5 minutes
• If no mild redness appears, increase exposure gradually by +5 minutes
• Adjust carefully based on skin response

Sun protection guidance

• For any extended outdoor exposure, use SPF 30+ sunscreen
