Advanced topical support for vitiligo repigmentation
Vitistop Gel is our core formulation for supporting repigmentation in vitiligo treatment protocols, designed to be used with UVB phototherapy (311 nm) or controlled sunlight exposure.
It is formulated to help reactivate melanocyte function, support melanin production, and accelerate visible repigmentation results.
Why choose Vitistop Gel?
- May support restoration of lost skin pigmentation when combined with sunlight or UVB therapy
- Designed to enhance UVB 311 nm phototherapy effectiveness
- Supports progressive stabilization of vitiligo appearance
- Helps reactivate melanocytes (pigment-producing skin cells)
- Supports natural melanin production processes
- Carefully developed formula with high-quality active ingredients
How Vitistop Gel works
Melanocytes are specialized skin cells responsible for producing melanin, the pigment that gives skin its natural color.
In vitiligo, melanocytes become inactive or are damaged, leading to loss of pigmentation and white patches.
Vitistop Gel combines active botanical and nutrient-based ingredients designed to support the skin’s natural repigmentation processes by:
- Supporting melanocyte reactivation
- Encouraging melanin production
- Helping restore more even skin tone over time
Repigmentation process
Phase 1 – Reactivation
White patches may develop a light pink tone, indicating that melanocytes are becoming active again.
Phase 2 – Pigment return
Melanin production increases, and the affected areas may gradually darken and shrink, blending with surrounding skin.
Phase 3 – Repigmentation
The depigmented areas may gradually disappear, resulting in a more even skin tone.
(Individual results may vary.)

Vitamins B5 & B12
Support skin health and melanin synthesis.
Calcium Pantothenate
Supports pigment production and copper absorption.
Suitable for

How to use with UVB lamp (311 nm)
- Apply Vitistop Gel to affected areas 30 minutes before UVB exposure
- Start with 15 seconds of irradiation per area
- Gradually increase by +20 seconds per session
- Continue until a slight redness appears, indicating active stimulation
Important:
- Only re-irradiate once redness has fully subsided (skin returns to pale state)
- Typical frequency: 2–3 times per week
- Usual irradiation time: 3–4 minutes per area (depending on skin type)
- First visible results may appear in 3–6 weeks
How to use with sunlight
During summer or strong sunlight conditions:
- Apply gel 30 minutes before sun exposure
- Start with approximately 5 minutes of exposure
- Gradually increase based on skin response
- Continue until slight redness appears and may persist into the next day
Typical exposure range: 10–15 minutes, adjusted individually.
⚠️ Always adapt exposure to your skin’s sensitivity and environmental conditions.
