Dosage Instructions:

1. Initial Dosage: Begin with 1 to 2 capsules per day to assess your tolerance.
2. Timing:
   • Take 1 to 2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast.
   • Take an additional 1 to 2 capsules seven hours later, also on an empty stomach.
3. Maximum Dosage: Do not exceed 4 capsules per day or 2 capsules in a single dose.
4. Usage Duration: Limit use to no more than 8 irregular weeks.

Warnings:

• Age Restriction: Not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Medical Conditions: Consult with a healthcare provider before use if you have:
