Dosage
Take 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture (5-10 g) 1-2 times a day. Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the loose mixture with 200-250 ml of water, juice or smoothie and drink, preferably on an empty stomach (30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal). We do not recommend mixing with warm water.
