Webber Naturals B100 Complex is a food supplement in tablet form. The preparation contains a complete spectrum of B vitamins, including choline and inositol, in high doses and in a balanced ratio with a gradual release. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to normal mental activity.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine.
Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin condition.
Folate (folic acid) contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids.

Dosage and method of use

The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day.

Composition

In one tablet: vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 100 mg (9091%*), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 100 mg (7143%*), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 100 mg (625%*), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 100 mg (7143%*), pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate) 100 mg (1667%*), choline bitartrate 100 mg, inositol 100 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg (4000%*), biotin 100 mcg (200%*), folic acid 1000 mcg (500%*).
Additives and additional components: anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, filler: calcium phosphate, carbohydrate gum, tablet coating (carbohydrate gum, humectant: glycerol), glazing agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
