Gold Whey, Weider, that's a low percentage of sugars, a low percentage of fats, and a high-quality protein load. The use is suitable in the muscle building phase and especially in the definition phase. It contains all the key elements of whey protein, bioactive alpha and beta-lactoglobulins, immunoglobulins and glycomacropeptides. A high percentage of BCAA gives you energy before training, protecting your muscle mass during challenging sports activities and boosting muscle mass after training in the regeneration phase.
