Use:

Apply the gel once a day to the enclosed tooth protector, apply the protector to the teeth and bite. Then, press the gel over the protector with your teeth. Leave for 5-15 minutes, then clean the teeth with White Glo Toothpaste. We recommend not smoking, drinking cola drinks, tea or coffee for at least 2-3 hours after teeth whitening.
