How to use:
Before use, sterilize the Whoop·de·doo Menstrual Cup Light by briefly immersing it in boiling water. Introduce ideally in the shower from a squat or with one leg resting on the toilet lid. When removing the cup, gently push on its edge, pull it out, empty it, rinse it under running water and put it back.
