Dosage and method of use

We recommend taking the product long-term. 3 capsules can be taken once a day or 1 capsule 3 times a day. It is recommended to drink a sufficient amount of water, at least 200 ml. We recommend taking the product long-term.

 

In order to maintain enzyme activity, we recommend taking Wobecare Enzyme at least 45 minutes before meals and at least 2 hours after your last meal.

Trihydrate rutin, bromelain, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pectin, glycerol), trypsin, antioxidant (L-ascorolbyl palmitate), medium-chain triglycerides.
