The food supplement WoldoHealth L-Arginine HCL contains highly concentrated (100%) L-arginine HCL, with an L-arginine content of 82.7%. This amino acid is a precursor to other biologically active substances such as creatine and nitric oxide. Nitric oxide (NO) has an effect on the expansion of blood vessels and thus the transport of nutrients and oxygen to the muscles. Thanks to this, arginine supplements are sought after by particularly active athletes. However, the normal daily needs of our body should be covered by a balanced and varied diet. Arginine occurs naturally in red meat, seafood, egg white, chocolate, soy and chickpeas.
