Recommended dosage:
Twice a day (preferably in the morning and immediately after training) take 3 capsules of N-Acetyl L-Glutamine on an empty stomach. Drink with a glass of water. If you do not have training on that day, take the second dose at bedtime. 1 dose = 3 capsules.
Notice:
Not suitable for children. Not suitable for pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep dry at 5 - 25 degrees C. Use within 90 days after opening. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Minimum durability indicated on the bottom of the package. It does not contain doping substances.
