EssentialAMINO ENERGY improves oxygen supply to muscles and stimulates muscle protein synthesis. It has an anabolic and anti-catabolic effect. It contains essential amino acids produced by fermentation, supplemented with caffeine and coconut water.
- Branched-chain amino acids, BCAAs - leucine, isoleucine and valine make up about 30 to 40% of all muscle proteins. Essential amino acids are obtained from fermentation.
- Glutamine is found in peptide form. It is the most abundant amino acid present in muscle tissue. Glutamine peptide is better absorbed than glutamine in free form, due to the presence of peptides that allow it to survive in the digestive tract, and is also more stable in solution.
- A high concentration of L-citrulline is useful to increase the level of arginine (as well as citrulline) in the blood. It is available for nitric oxide synthesis, as well as for other functions in which it participates. Studies have shown that with the same dose and intake (oral), citrulline increases blood arginine levels almost twofold, compared to the same dose of arginine.
- Caffeine is an ergogenic agent that increases energy levels, efficiency of reaction times and improves concentration.
- Coconut water is naturally rich in electrolytes, especially potassium, which promotes hydration of the body during workouts.

Dosage
Add 2 scoops (13 g) to 200 ml of water or other drink. Take once a day, during the day or before training.
