Yarilo® 400 THF is a food supplement that contains 400 µg of fully biologically active folate of the latest generation in one tablet. Unlike regular folic acid, it is immediately effective and does not need to be metabolized by the MTHFR enzyme. When using this 100% active form of folic acid, unmetabolised folic acid (UMFA – unmetabolised folic acid) does not appear in the body.
Folate:

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient amount of liquid.
In the period of pregnancy planning, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding:
- Take 1-2 tablets a day at least one month before the planned pregnancy and throughout the first trimester of pregnancy.
- In the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding, take 1 tablet a day.
Ingredients
One tablet of Yarilo® 400 THF contains 400 µg of fully biologically active folate of the latest generation.
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; polishing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; active folate Quatrefolic® (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid).
