Dosage and method of use

Take on an empty stomach or just before bedtime.
Pour 1 teaspoon into a glass with 0.2 l of water, stir and allow to activate. The clay is activated for 12-24 hours, we recommend preparing another dose of French green clay after drinking the dose. Drink the entire contents of the glass with the settled clay log.
