Ingredients
- Linden blossom (50%)
- elderberry flower (30%)
- fennel fruit
- flower of mallow forest
- thyme
Preparation
Pour 1 ml of sachet (2 g) into 0,25 l of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 min in a covered vessel. Do not cook. Serve tea reasonably warm to infants under 1 year of age. Check the temperature before consumption. Always prepare fresh, immediately before use.
Tea is best served from a cup.
Children from 6 months to 3 years of age: 1 cup of drink a day. Children from 3 years: 1 cup of drink 2 - 3 times a day.
