Dosage

Pour one teaspoon of ¼ l of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container. Then pour off. Always make fresh tea immediately before use. Take 1 cup of tea best per night. Effect occurs after 8-12 hours. It is usually sufficient to use this medicinal tea 2 - 3 times a week.
