Nutiotic probiotic natural is an instant porridge without gluten and lactose and is a suitable part of a supplementary diet for:
- nutritional restriction in gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance,
- supplementation of fiber, vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures into the body,
- in rational eating.
Nutrikaše does not contain lactose and is naturally gluten-free.
It contains 10 vitamins and minerals.
Biotin, manganese, niacin, vitamin C, B12, B6, B2, zinc and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B12, B6, C and iron support the normal function of the immune system and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Manganese, vitamin C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress.
One serving contains 5 billion probiotic bacteria Bacillus coagulans. Fruit sugar - monosaccharide fructose - is used for sweetening. To support digestion, they are enriched with a high fiber content of chicory.

Dosage and method of use
Just pour the mixture from the bag into a bowl, pour hot water over it and mix well. In 3 minutes the porridge is ready.
It is not recommended to use hot water, at higher temperatures some of the bacteria will be degraded and their effectiveness will be significantly reduced.
With regard to the values of the substances contained, it is recommended to consume a maximum of 3 servings per day prepared according to the instructions.

The product contains extruded rice flour 31.1%, dried glucose syrup, partially hardened soybean oil, fructose, modified corn starch, inulin fiber 6.2%, sodium caseinate, soy protein isolate, stabilizer E340, anti-caking agent silica, emulsifier E471, probiotic culture of Bacillus coagulans (5 billion / serving), vitamin and mineral complex, edible salt, carotene dye.
Nutritional values per 100 g: energy value 1905 kJ / 453 kcal, fats 13 g, of which saturated fatty acids 2.9 g, carbohydrates 76 g, of which sugars 14 g, fiber 6.7 g, proteins 4.6 g, salt 0.93 g.
